Choose your jeans as per your body type.

For many women, the perfect pair of jeans is an item of holy grail clothing. But it can be hard to know where to start with so many options and styles out there. To aid, the most common types of the body have been broken down by fashion experts and revealed exactly what jeans-style would work for you and why.

Finding the perfect pair of jeans is a challenge for many women, especially when taking into account the shape of your body (pictured: different types of the body like an hourglass, apple, square, inverted triangle, and upward triangle).

Hourglass:

Hourglass figures are admired by women all over the world, as well as celebrities such as Beyonce, Kate Winslet and Jennifer Lopez. Usually, an hourglass body shape is well-balanced between the top and bottom third, with a bust equal to your hips ‘ length. Beauty Heaven experts say that with this figure most tops will work well, ‘ especially when paired and tucked in to accentuate your slim waist.

Pear:

It is not only the mechanics of hourglass that can find the perfect pair of jeans. Those with a pear frame-or one with wider hips than their bust and curvy through the middle-can also take advantage of a good bit of denim.

The most flattering will be to try high-waisted pants or skirts, as well as slim-fitting tops that will draw attention to your top half and accentuate your curves in the right places, ‘ Beauty Heaven suggested.

Apple:

The apple-shaped body has a large butt than the hips. And kinda slim arms and the hands. This kinda shape contains more weight on the upper or the middle section of the body than the lower part.  Another idea for this form is a high waist and something like a long T-shirt to create a long silhouette’s illusion.

Rectangle:

Typically, the rectangle or straight body shape is straight up and down with a small bust. And the good news is that dressing is one of the easiest body shapes. With this shape, mid or low rise jeans fit well, as with any top cropping above the wrist.

Inverted Triangle:

Finally, normally the inverted triangle has a lower bottom half than the top half and little definition between their waist and hips. Do not create extra weight in the top half by padding the shoulder and excess material.
