Once your Order is ready from Making process & checked from our QA Team, we ship within 24 hours via FedEx or DHL.
It takes 6-12 Days Depending on your location to arrive the package to your destination.
However we do not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance in your country. Be Advised that depending on your country's rules and regulation there could be import duty which you will need to pay.

Shipping
We ship our jeans worldwide at the lowest possible shipping cost. FedEx is our shipping partner.It generally takes around 2 weeks to dispatch your jeans from the time you have placed the order. Once shipped it can take around 4-6 days to reach you.We will update you with the tracking number so that you can track your shipment online.Shipping may actually take less time than what is stated here, however if the order is on hold due to reconfirmation for measurements or fabric stock issue or for any other reason if there is a delay in shipment, our customer support team will be in continous discussion with you all the time and assist you if the order is urgent.
Cost of Shipping
Shipping is free world wide. Free of your worries about international shipping cost, shipping is absolutely free except certain areas.
We have Logistics Partnership with FedEx , and Certain Areas FedEx have outlined as Out of Delivery Service Area (Where they charge additional surcharge) in such cases additional charges may apply (Rangning from $20 to $50), which we will let you know at time of shipping if your address does fall in such area.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the address specified by you at the time of placing the order on the website. P.O BOX addresses are not accepted by our shipping partners. In case you need to change the address please do so within 4 days of placing the order. Tailored Jeans shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client or in case of no show at the address provided.
Payment
The product price will those applicable on the date of placing the order on the website as displayed on the website except where the client has been given any discount coupons. The price shall be paid in the currency shown on the website.Client has to make full payment including shipping at the time of placing the order through the secure payment system on the website. No orders will be processed without receipt of the full payment.Tailored Jeans reserves the right to change the price of the products at any time without prejudice to ongoing orders.
Returns
We specialise in custom jeans - each of the jeans are individually made and hand crafted , A true Made to Order Jeans, - there is always a possibility of actual measurement to vary slightly from the given measurements. But before we dispatch there is a strict quality check and we dispacth only after we are completely satisfied about our product. Please note when you provide body measurement the actual measurements are made in a manner to fit you according to the body measurement and the actual jeans measurement may not match your body measurements.If our measurements substantially differ from what you submitted we will replace/ redo the jeans/garment with a new one absolutely free of charge. As these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide any refund.We have been making custom jeans for long and have found that if you measure according to our instructions given the possibility of any error is minimal.In case of nonconformity of the product client shall have seven calendar days to claim for any redo of the jeans. If the claim is not made by the client within 7 calendar days Tailored-Jeans shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the client.CMTJ shall within 45 days after the claim has been proven for product default will remake a new pair absolutely free of charge.
Holiday Shipping Policy
During Holidays, we get huge volume of orders and it takes longer to process your jeans, however we make sure your jeans get made in time and delivered to your doorstep as soon as possible, but it may take 3-4 days extra then normal days, as these jeans are made to order, specifically custom made for you only, we do not take chances of getting it done wrong, we take extra precautions and make sure you get your right jeans, QA During Holidays are done strictly and if there is issue found, we will notify you and re make whole jeans where your jeans may get delayed by 10-12 days depending on workload.
