At the moment, we Almost every country in world, we are using services of FedEx to bring the best from our warehouse to our users around the world.

How Will I Know You Received My Order & When Will Payment Be Deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email notification to confirm that it has been received.

Your payment will be done via Paypal, Paypal will charge you immdiatly upon successful transaction. How Do I Know That the Products You Sell Are Good Quality?

As an manufacturing a cusom jeans, we pick our denims by hand, send for wash and closely monitor process, Samples that fails to meet our Internal Quality measures are rejected and only those pass the measures from our Quality Assurance team gets place on our Denim Catalogue.

Which measurement Should I Choose?

As sizes can vary greatly by person to person, we have indicated two options to provide measurement with.
You can either provide us Body measurement as shown in our measurement guide, take measurement yourself, or taking help of any of your friends.
Another Option we provided is to take best fitted pair of your jeans, and take measurements as guided.

Our Masters will adopt your body measurement and as per your given selection fit & waist options they will make the best jeans you ever had.
However if you choose to provide Garment Measurement, unless you specify in additional notes, our Masters will replicate the same measurement, despite of your selected fit & waist option.

So if you are choosing Different fit & Waist from your Existing Jeans, we better suggest you to take body measurement, or Please mention details in Additional notes.
we also require to have some clarification, so make sure you are available on your email while your order is in process of making.

How Do I Know if an Fabric is in Stock?

All items are in stock unless ‘Sold Out’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item with selected fabric is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

If the fabric you want to buy is out of stock, please email orders@custommadetailoredjeans.com to find out if there is a next lot list for that fabric is coming.

How Much Tax Will I Have to Pay?

Prices displayed on the website are Inclusive of taxes.

Does Custom Made Tailored Jeans Ship to Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

How Soon Can I Get My Order and How Much Will it Cost?

CUSTOM Made Tailored Jeans offers custom making of jeans, so normally your order once confirmed and goes in making process, it takes Generally 6-10 days to get your jeans ready, after that our QA team will check for any issues or problems, Once we find everything is ok, your jeans will be ready for shipping. For information on shipping charges to your destination, please view our shipping options, Once your jeans is shipped you will recieve in 5-8 days depending on your location.

Do You Offer Same Day Delivery?

Not possible for custom made jeans.

Is My Package Insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Custom Made Tailored Jeans to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

 

Can I Change My Shipping Address After My Order Has Been Dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Can I Add Items to an Existing Order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order, you can place new order.

How Will I Know You Received My Order?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.

Can I Track My Order?

Where is My Order?

We aim to dispatch all orders as early as 24 hours from when it is ready to ship after making process. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Custom Made Tailored Jeans is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

How Do I Return Or Exchange an Item?

We do not provide Returns or Exchange for Custom made jeans, as this are made from your given measurement and selected options, however if you feel there have been some error in jeans making, you can drop and email to support@custommadetailoredjeans.com with issue you are facing, our support team will assist you, and if we found that its genuine mistake made by our side, we will ship another jeans by rectifying the Issue you reported.

Will I Be Refunded the Full Value of My Order?

No. We do not provide Returns or Exchange, hence in case of any issues, contact with our support team, they will check and try to rectify your issue, if found any errors made from our side, we will rectify and ship another jeans as per your issue reported. but in any case, There will not be any Refund Processed.

Is My Personal Information Kept Private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we rent or sell this.

To register at Custom Made Tailored Jeans, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date.
