We specialise in custom jeans - each of the jeans are individually made and hand crafted - there is always a possibility of actual measurement to vary slightly from the given measurements. But before we dispatch there is a strict quality check and we dispacth only after we are completely satisfied about our product. Please note when you provide body measurement the actual measurements are made in a manner to fit you according to the body measurement and the actual jeans measurement may not match your body measurements.If our measurements substantially differ from what you submitted we will remake/ redo the jeans/garment with a new one absolutely free of charge. As these garments are custom made specially for you we do not provide any refund. We have been making custom jeans for long and have found that if you measure according to our instructions given the possibility of any error is minimal.In case of nonconformity of the product client shall have seven calendar days to claim for any redo of the jeans. If the claim is not made by the client within 7 calendar days Tailored Jeans shall be relieved of any obligation and or liability to the client. After approval of Remake of jeans Tailored Jeans shall within 45 days after the claim has been proven for product default will remake a new pair absolutely free of charge.
Note: Fit Gurantee Doesnot Apply on Orders placed with promotion discount applied, in case of such incidence we do provide fit gurantee on additional fees of 25 USD, if any issue arise in order, be assured, we take every kind of precaution on jeans we make, and such issues are rare to happen, in such case we do not want you to suffer as you bought jeans on promotion, so we do provide additional pair @ fees of 25 USD so you can still get your best fitted jeans. we waive of 25 USD fee if you choose to place another pair of jeans with us, and we send you remake and new pair both, we believe in building trust and healthy relation ship, if you have any doubts regarding the process, feel free to ask at our customer care email [email protected] .
Gift Card Comes with 365 Days (1 Year) Expiry and it has to be used within the prescribed time frame, if you do not redeem the Gift Card before expiry period, your gift card balance gets lapsed. There is no Refund of Gift Card Purchases.
