Ordering Made-to-Measure Jeans from the USA: A Practical Checklist

If you are ordering made-to-measure denim from the United States, check the measurement process and delivery terms as carefully as the fabric. “Available to US customers” does not mean “manufactured in the USA.” Confirm where an order will ship from instead of relying on a search phrase or an article title.
Choose one measurement method
Tailored Jeans accepts guided body measurements or measurements from a well-fitting garment. A clothing size printed inside your current jeans is not a complete measurement profile. Follow the body guide when measuring yourself, or the garment guide when measuring a finished pair. Check the unit before entering values and complete every required field.
Describe the fit you actually want
Decide where the waistband should sit and how much room you prefer through the seat, thigh, knee and leg opening. Your preferred rise and leg shape matter independently of your height. A bootcut pair intended for boots may need a different hem position from a tapered pair worn with sneakers.
Check production time separately from transit
Our normal production queue generally takes about 20–22 days before dispatch. Express production generally takes about six days before dispatch. Express is a faster making service, not a six-day delivery promise. Both options are shipped using international priority service; confirm the current estimate and charges at checkout.
Budget for customs duties and taxes
Free shipping and paid express production do not include duties or taxes assessed by customs. The carrier may invoice these separately after delivery. Read the checkout disclosure and current shipping information before paying. Any eligible FedEx duty-billing account option must use an account you are authorized to provide.
Review the complete order before payment
Check the fabric, rise, fit, pockets, finishing choices and measurement payload in the cart. Contact support before ordering if the measurements or delivery terms are unclear. For the step-by-step process, use our online custom-jeans ordering guide; to select a pair, browse men’s made-to-measure jeans or women’s made-to-measure jeans.
